In the first half of 2026, eHealth Africa continued to strengthen the systems that connect communities to essential health services and enable institutions to prepare for, respond to, and recover from public health challenges.

From expanding the reach of immunization through geospatial technology and last-mile delivery, to strengthening laboratories, emergency coordination, renewable energy, community surveillance, and climate-health preparedness, our work demonstrates how reach, readiness, and resilience come together to build stronger and more sustainable health systems.
